By accessing and using B-Core Digital's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

B-Core Digital provides custom software engineering, ERP solutions, and consulting services. All project deliverables and timelines will be explicitly outlined in separate client agreements and Statements of Work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific project agreement, the intellectual property rights of the custom software developed on your behalf will be transferred to you upon full payment.

4. Limitation of Liability

B-Core Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of our services.
